Job summary

A leading maritime and logistics operator in Indonesia is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to top management. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling sensitive documents. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, along with excellent English skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience as Executive Assistant / PA supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent command of English (active & passive); proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize calendars, meetings, and business travel for top management.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle sensitive documents and approvals (TR/ER) with confidentiality.
  • Assist in both business and selected personal affairs of top management.

Job Purpose

To provide high‑level administrative and personal support to top management, ensuring effective coordination of schedules, logistics, documentation, and confidential tasks. This role plays a key part in supporting leadership productivity with professionalism and discretion.
