Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Location: Bali – Ubud, Nusa Ceningan, and other properties.
Salary: IDR 2,800,000 – IDR 4,000,000 per month.
Job Summary: The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping team to ensure that all areas of the property—including guest areas, staff facilities, and public spaces—are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation. The role ensures a smooth operation by providing guidance, training, and quality checks to maintain an exceptional guest experience in line with the property’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and assign tasks to team members.
- Inspect and ensure cleanliness and readiness of all public areas, guest rooms, villas, and staff areas.
- Monitor cleaning schedules, stock levels, and use of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff to maintain performance and service excellence.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Front‑of‑House, and other departments for any cleaning or setup requirements.
- Handle guest feedback or complaints related to cleanliness or housekeeping service professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Prepare daily reports and updates for management review.
- Support event setups and breakdowns as required by operational needs.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist the management team in achieving guest satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Hotel Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
- Minimum 2‑year experience in the hospitality industry, preferably housekeeping in villa or hotel settings.
- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, laundry operations, room setup and inventory management.
- Strong leadership, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and service‑oriented mindset.
- Good command of English (spoken and written) and computer literacy.
- Willingness to work in shift‑based schedules, weekends and public holidays.
- Adaptability, high initiative, and ability to perform under pressure.
