A luxury hotel in Surakarta is seeking an Executive Chef to join their dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a professional diploma in Food Production and at least 2 years of experience at the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef level in larger operations. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a flair for creativity in culinary arts are essential for this high-profile role. You will be responsible for representing the culinary division and ensuring successful operations across all outlets and banquets according to brand standards.
