Summary

As a member of the hotel Executive Committee, the Executive Chef is a highly visible role with exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership. This position reports to the hotel General Manager.

You will represent the hotel’s culinary division to deliver the brand promise and ensure that all outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with Hyatt standards.

Qualifications
  1. Ideally professional diploma in Food Production.
  2. Minimum 2 years' work experience as Executive Chef, or Executive Sous chef in larger operation.
  3. Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills with a flair for creativity are a must.
  4. Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English.
  5. Proven leadership skills and must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record in high volume property, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and associate relations, and ability to improve the bottom line.
