EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR - MANAGEMENT

We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and wants to grow together with the company’s leadership.

This is not your typical administrative role — you’ll work closely with the Director on strategic projects, people and business development initiatives, and operational execution. You’ll be the right hand who helps turn ideas into action.

Will be located at our Head Quarter in Driyorejo/Surabaya, East Java.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cross-Department Collaboration – Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business priorities and smooth workflow.
  • Business Development – Assist in market research, project tracking, client proposals, and external communications with partners or investors.
  • Legal Coordination – Liaise with legal advisors, review agreements, maintain compliance documentation, and follow up on regulatory matters.
  • People Development – Support recruitment, onboarding, training programs, performance monitoring, and employee engagement activities.
  • Management Support – Prepare management reports, presentations, and dashboards for strategic decision-making.
  • Executive Support – Manage schedules, meetings, correspondence, and documentation to ensure the Director’s priorities are executed efficiently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Development, or Management role.
  • Minimum age 35 years old.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and proactive with strong multitasking ability.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.
