We are seeking a high-performing, proactive, and professionally articulate Executive Assistant Director (EAD) to support Business Development & Strategic Sourcing, with a strong focus on all activities related to the Malaysia factory setup and regional expansion.
This position is open for Indonesian candidates with strong capabilities across the full cycle of research → sourcing → evaluation → negotiation → implementation.
Identify opportunities, potential partners, and strategic collaborations across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
Conduct market mapping of potential clients, distributors, service providers, industry associations, and B2B stakeholders.
Support top management in meetings, follow-ups, and preparation of presentation materials.
Assist in exploring collaborations with industrial parks, business councils, and government-related entities.
Prepare business proposals, partnership frameworks, and structured follow-up reports.
Primary focus: sourcing, evaluating, and managing all requirements for the construction and operation of the Malaysia manufacturing facility.
Research and source contractors, architects, M&E firms, civil engineers, and laboratory design providers.
Source QC equipment, lab furniture, safety systems, engineering services, and supporting facility needs.
Compare proposals, technical capabilities, compliance requirements, and project timelines.
Manage BOQ discussions, design presentations, and site coordination.

Responsibilities include:
Communicate professionally with all external parties: contractors, consultants, logistics partners, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
Negotiate pricing, project terms, service agreements, and delivery schedules.
Ensure communication is clear, accurate, and professional at all.
Ensure all sourcing outcomes proceed smoothly into execution.
Manage timelines, conduct daily follow-ups, and coordinate between Indonesia HQ and Malaysia counterparts.
Track progress on construction, licensing, equipment setup, and operational readiness.
Resolve issues promptly and provide clear updates to senior management.
Prepare weekly reports covering progress, next steps, risks, and solutions.
Provide structured information to support management decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in business development, project coordination, or sourcing.
Overseas exposure is a strong advantage—fast learning ability is essential.
Strong communication in English (Mandarin is an added value).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willing to travel to Malaysia when required.
