Job summary

BTB School Pluit in Jakarta Utara is seeking an EVSS teacher with a degree in Secondary Education majoring in Biology or EVSS and at least 3 years of experience teaching Cambridge or IB DP EVSS in an international high school.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective verbal and written communication, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.

Qualifications

Degree in Secondary Education Major in Biology (or similar background) / EVSS (Environmental Systems and Societies).
At least 3 years of teaching Cambridge or IBDP Curriculum EVSS in an international high school.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility, organization, decision making and problem-solving skills.
Interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet deadlines, work on multiple projects, and coordinate with others effectively.
Knowledge of effective classroom management techniques.
Ability to maintain positive relationships with students, parents, community members and staff.
