A leading company in the pet food industry seeks a Brand Activation Manager based in Jakarta. In this role, you will oversee brand activation events, coordinate logistics, and manage stakeholder relationships to enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management and a passion for the pet industry.
Organize and manage brand activation events, including pet expos, community events, and promotional activities.
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution.
Ensure brand consistency across all activation channels and touchpoints
Prepare and manage budgets for brand activation projects
Event and Sponsorship Management:
Identify and secure event & sponsorship opportunities that align with brand objectives and target audiences.
Collaborate with partners to maximize brand visibility and engagement at sponsored events via strategic partner (community, shelter, government and other relevant stakeholder)
Product Launch Activities:
Assist in the planning and execution of product launch events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Develop engaging presentations and materials to showcase new products to consumers.
Exhibition Coordination:
Manage participation in trade shows and exhibitions, including booth design, setup, and staffing.
Engage with attendees to promote brand awareness and gather consumer feedback.
Brand Experience Enhancement:
Create interactive experiences that resonate with pet owners and enhance brand loyalty.
Collect and analyse feedback from events to improve future activations.
Stakeholder Management:
Manage relationships with internal partners, including Sales team, Purchasing, Finance, Supply Chain and other related function in the company.
Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and influencers.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on the effectiveness of brand activation activities, including attendance, engagement metrics, and ROI.
Provide insights and recommendations for future brand activation strategies.
Review all the plan and adjust strategies as needed
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Measure the number of attendees at brand activation events compared to targets set prior to the event.
Engagement Metrics:
Track consumer interactions during events, such as social media mentions, sign-ups for newsletters, or participation in contests.
Sponsorship Impact:
Evaluate the effectiveness of sponsorships through metrics like brand visibility, audience reach, and post-event surveys.
Product Launch Success:
Assess the sales performance of newly launched products within the first three months post-launch.
Feedback and Satisfaction Scores:
Collect and analyze attendee feedback to gauge satisfaction levels and areas for improvement.
Return on Investment (ROI):
Calculate the ROI for each event and activation, comparing costs against generated leads or sales.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in brand activation, event management, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or pet food industry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
Creative mindset with a passion for pets and the pet food industry
