Responsibilities
  • Identify, secure, and manage sponsorship opportunities that align with brand and business goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external sponsors, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage deliverables, and ensure activation of sponsorship rights.
  • Track ROI and performance metrics of sponsorship activities.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Coordinate with marketing, creative, and digital teams to design engaging campaigns (online and offline).
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for better outcomes.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for promotional initiatives.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, product launches, trade shows, and brand activations.
  • Oversee all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, staffing, and compliance.
  • Ensure all events reflect the brand’s identity, values, and messaging.
  • Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports and recommendations.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, sales, communications, and operations.
  • Liaise with agencies, vendors, and event partners to deliver high-quality executions.
  • Act as the key point of contact for all sponsorship and event-related matters.
  • Develop and manage budgets for sponsorships, promotions, and events.
  • Track expenses and ensure activities are delivered within approved financial parameters.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to senior leadership, including KPIs and ROI on campaigns and partnerships.
