Job description

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex esports projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Oversee cross-functional teams, including event management, marketing, production, and external partners.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and community partners.

Drive process improvements and implement best practices in project management.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
