Job summary

PT Duta Generasi Mandiri seeks a Marketing Event (Promotion Lead) for XL Smart in Batam to supervise on-ground activation, distribute and stock marketing materials to the sales team, and coordinate proposals and marketing initiatives with the TSC.

You will implement and execute initiatives (events, branding, etc.), prepare city-based reports, conduct market and competitor analysis to inform new ideas, and collaborate with marketing members or vendors to plan and deliver activations in assigned

Responsibilities

• Distribute and stock management all sales communication materials and attributes to sales team
• Coordinate with TSC for any proposal, preparation for Marketing Support & Initiatives
• Implementation / Execution for any Marketing Support & Initiatives (Event, Branding, etc.)
• City based report for any Marketing Support & Initiatives
• Market and competitor analysis to help develop new initiatives
• Collaborate for On Ground Activation planning and execution with other marketing members or vendor
• Monitoring and supervise on ground Activation execution and result in cities assigned plan and execute On Ground Activation for assigned cities
