Job summary

You will manage service requests, lead technicians, and maintain service records in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in vehicle technical practice and excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service experiences to both ride-hailing and individual customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle technical practice, preferably in EV or automotive service.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong ability to diagnose vehicle issues and provide actionable repair recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Register all incoming service requests from customers.
• Serve as the first point of contact for service-related concerns, providing initial diagnosis and solutions.
• Coordinate with and lead technicians to ensure prompt and accurate repairs.
