Job summary

AMK Technology seeks an experienced EUC Operations Lead to join its Managed IT Operations Support initiative in Indonesia on a contract basis. You will oversee mission-critical IT operations, lead technical teams, ensure SLA compliance, and drive service excellence across enterprise infrastructure environments.

In this role you will manage shift rosters, coordinate incident resolutions, mentor staff, and partner with regional service teams to maintain high availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in IT operations, network operations, service desk management, or related technical support.
• ITIL service management familiarity and experience with enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer-service oriented communication skills.
• Must be based in Indonesia and eligible to work on a contract basis.
• Available to join immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily EUC operations, monitoring workflows and task execution.
• Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, targets, and KPIs.
• Manage incident escalation, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and restore services quickly.
• Coordinate with regional field teams, IT management, and vendors to maintain uptime.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and continuous service improvements.
• Oversee quality assurance, reporting, and compliance with security policies.
• Mentor engineering and support staff with structured guidance.
• Maintain thorough operational logs, tickets, and asset records.
