Job summary

Dekoruma mencari Quantity Surveyor untuk melakukan estimasi biaya proyek interior, mengontrol anggaran, dan bernegosiasi dengan pemasok serta kontraktor. Peran ini melibatkan kolaborasi erat dengan tim desain dan konstruksi untuk memastikan kualitas serta efisiensi biaya.

Posisi ini menuntut gelar di bidang terkait, pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun, serta kemampuan menggunakan software kuantitas dan Excel. Keterampilan negosiasi dan komunikasi yang baik sangat diperlukan untuk sukses di industri

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, arsitektur, atau bidang terkait.
• Minimal 2–3 tahun pengalaman di quantity surveying untuk interior/ konstruksi.
• Sertifikasi profesional dipandang baik namun tidak wajib.
• Pengetahuan kuat estimasi biaya, budgeting, dan pelaporan keuangan.
• Kemampuan menggunakan software quantity surveying (mis. Excel).
• Keterampilan negosiasi dan komunikasi yang baik.
• Teliti dengan kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang kuat.

Responsibilities

• Estimasi biaya untuk proyek interior (material, tenaga kerja, dll).
• Mengontrol anggaran proyek agar tetap within limits.
• Negosiasi dengan pemasok dan kontraktor untuk mendapatkan tarif terbaik.
• Bekerja sama dengan tim desain dan konstruksi untuk mencapai tujuan proyek.
