Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks experienced Equity Research Experts to contribute to a remote contractor project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, earnings analysis, and sector insights.

You will apply your expertise to evaluate real-world equity research content and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sell-Side Research Associate, VP, or Director with ownership of company models.
• Experience covering multiple companies across earnings cycles.
• Strong understanding of business drivers, financial performance and valuation.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector, such as banking, insurance, biotech, technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and defend investment theses.
• Experience with earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, and event-driven research.
