Job summary

PT. Gistex Garmen Indonesia is seeking a qualified professional for internal audit, document control, and environmental compliance. The role focuses on auditing processes, maintaining records, drafting SOPs, and ensuring adherence to ISO standards and global audits.

The incumbent will monitor environmental performance and drive corrective actions. Based in Bandung, the candidate should have 1–3 years of related experience and a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in internal audit, document control, or compliance.
• Background in environmental management, compliance, or related sector preferred.
• Proficient in internal audit principles and procedures, including preparation, execution, findings, and corrective action follow-up.
• Ability to draft, control, and optimize SOPs, IKs, and workflows.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards, GRS, OEKO-TEX, and related audits.
• Capable of tracking compliance status, evaluating environmental performance, and compiling reports.
• Strong analytical skills to identify non-conformities and root causes.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal audits and document control to ensure compliance.

• Draft and optimize SOPs, work instructions, and workflows for operations.
