Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Over 5 years of full-time software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in modern technologies, including Angular, ReactJS, React Native, C#, Kubernetes, Queue, Redis, Postgres, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
• Extensive experience as a software engineer in high-volume, mission-critical environments such as financial industries or online businesses.
• Deep expertise in contemporary software development languages and frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead and manage software teams and successfully deliver projects.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable practices.
• Strategic mindset, capable of aligning technology choices with business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
