Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in enrollment, admissions, sales, customer service, or student recruitment.
  • Valid TOEIC score of 750 minimum (or IELTS Band 6.5 / TOEFL iBT 80).
  • Willing to travel to Malaysia for an initial one-month assignment.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Enrollment Assistant Manager to support our student enrollment process from initial inquiry to final registration. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to guide applicants through each step of the enrollment journey. You will also assist the marketing team with follow-ups to help achieve enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist applicants throughout the enrollment process.
  • Follow up with prospective students to ensure registration completion and submission of required documents.
  • Guide applicants on academic fee payments, deadlines, and important enrollment details.
  • Update and maintain accurate applicant data in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to improve lead conversion.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure compliance with institutional guidelines.
  • Prepare enrollment reports and updates on applicant status and enrollment progress.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in enrollment, admissions, sales, customer service, or student recruitment.
  • English Certification: Valid TOEIC score of 750 minimum (or IELTS Band 6.5 / TOEFL iBT 80). Please attach a copy of your certificate with your application.
