Job summary

English 1 in Tangerang seeks a dedicated teacher to guide kids aged 3-18 in classroom groups of up to 16, using E1-developed courseware and well-planned lessons. This position is based in Karawaci, Tangerang, with rotating shifts across the week.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in English Education or English Literature, at least 2 years of teaching young learners, and willingness to be placed in EF Karawaci. CVs in Bahasa Indonesia will not be processed.

Responsibilities

Teaching classes for kids aged 3 - 18 in groups of up to 16 students
Using electronic media and E1-developed courseware to teach English efficiently and effectively
Planning and delivering lessons
Assigning and evaluating out of class exercises
Maintaining student and class records
Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents
Assisting in the placement testing and interviewing of new students
Participating in social activities with students organised by your school to encourage oral English proficiency
