Job summary

PT Daekyo Indonesia seeks an enthusiastic English teacher for children aged 4–15. You will deliver quality coaching in small groups, follow Eye Level philosophy and curriculum, and monitor each learner’s progress. Effective communication with students, parents and staff is essential.

Fresh graduates are welcome. A degree in English Literature or English Education is preferred. Onsite work is required, and you should maintain a neat, professional appearance while showing initiative to promote Eye

Responsibilities

• Teach English to children aged 4–15.
• Provide quality academic coaching in a small group setting according to Eye Level philosophy, methods, curriculum, and individual progress plan.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, and staff.
• Motivate and encourage students.
• Grading and maintaining progress reports for each student.
• Performs administrative activities if needed.
• Notify the Center Director of any problems or concerns.
