Qualifications:
- Hold a Diploma 3 or Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Agent or Chat Support Agent is advantageous, but we welcome fresh graduates to apply.
- Must possess good proficiency in English with a minimum level of B1 or above.
- Stay informed about current affairs and events in relevant markets or countries.
- Exhibit strong teamwork, engagement, and analytical thinking skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Must be able to work onsite in Yogyakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through various communication channels, including phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers in navigating our products or services, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to customer service etiquette in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions, including inquiry details, solutions provided, and any follow-up actions required.
- Achieve or exceed performance targets, such as response time, customer satisfaction scores, and chat volume goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure consistent and effective customer support.
