What You'll Do:

  • Respond to inquiries about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a friendly and helpful experience.
What We're Looking For:
  • Excellent English proficiency (minimum B2 level), both written and verbal, with an understanding of UK English nuances.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within e-commerce or a live chat environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working on a rotational 24/7 shift schedule (including nights, weekends, and public holidays) to cover UK business hours.
  • Willingness to work 5 days a week.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Surakarta.
