Job Purpose

As an Engineer Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our brewery’s utility and production equipment. From conducting planned maintenance to supporting autonomous teams and ensuring uninterrupted supply of utilities, your expertise will contribute directly to high‑quality production output and operational excellence. #DoSomethingThatMatters

Main Responsibilities

• Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment in alignment with statutory, HEINEKEN, and local regulations
• Train and support Autonomous Maintenance teams to sustain and improve basic equipment conditions
• Prepare, execute, record, evaluate, and optimize planned maintenance activities
• Ensure consistent and high‑quality utility supply throughout the production process in compliance with HEINEKEN and local quality standards
• Produce and report accurate, timely operational data to support effective decision‑making
• Troubleshoot and maintain all brewery equipment and instrumentation across production areas

Candidate Criteria

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics)

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance activities
• Experience with liquid processing equipment, Krones machines, or TPM is an advantage
• Experience in mechanical work is a plus
• Strong understanding of maintenance and reliability principles
• Excellent analytical skills with a systematic and structured approach to problem‑solving
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Improvement‑oriented mindset with strong agility
• Proficient communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Willingness to work in shifts
