Job summary

Cipta Orion Metal is offering a paid engineering internship in Tangerang under the MAGANGHUB program in collaboration with Kemnaker RI. The program supports 2026 graduates with mentorship, and a monthly allowance aligned to the regional minimum wage (UMR/UMK).

Candidates will design, test, and refine machines and equipment while collaborating with the engineering team. Applicants should have a mechanical or related degree, CAD proficiency, and a portfolio of machine or automation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field, graduating 2026 and eligible for MagangHub.
• Familiar with SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software for machine and equipment design.
• Interest in designing, developing, modifying, or troubleshooting machines, production fixtures, jigs, or testing equipment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, hands-on skills with ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modify machines, production aids, and testing equipment to improve manufacturing efficiency and support Tech Innovation initiatives.
• Involve in designing and developing testing equipment based on Tech Innovation team requirements to support product validation and development processes.
• Prepare technical drawings, BOMs, and documentation as references for fabrication, assembly, and implementation of machines/equipment.
• Collaborate with Engineering to develop, implement, troubleshoot, and continuously improve machines and equipment.
• Assist in ensuring all developed machines/equipment function properly, meet safety and quality standards, and contribute to operational efficiency improvements.

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and modify machines, production aids, and testing equipment to improve manufacturing efficiency and support Tech Innovation initiatives.
• Involve in designing and developing testing equipment based on the requirements of the Tech Innovation team to support product validation and development processes.
• Involve in preparing technical drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), and technical documentation as references for the fabrication, assembly, and implementation of machines or equipment.
