Job summary

A leading engineering company is seeking an Engineering Staff in Cikarang, Jawa Barat. Candidates should have a D3/S1 in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and experience in mechanical design or maintenance. The position involves ensuring safety standards, preparing work schedules, and collaborating on tooling improvements. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SOLID WORK is preferred.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering is required.
• Experience in mechanical design or mechanical maintenance is needed.
• Willing to relocate to Cikarang Kab. Bekasi, Jawa Barat.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that on-site work adheres to safety standards.

Skills

Job description

Ensure that on-site work adheres to safety standards.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly works schedule.

Supporting design and simulation to easy understanding during RFQs.

Reviewing designs for new tools from tooling makers.

Conducting trials and suggesting tooling improvement plans.

Co-work with the MTN team on tooling problem analysis and improvement.

Co-work with other departments (JIGs, special tools, etc.).

Creating 3D simulations of product output for each stage of the tooling process to simplify check sheets.

Have knowledge of electrical and mechanical parts.

Make improvement in production line.

In charge of machine and equipment modification refer to development project.

Make and implement idea for improvement in production line.

REQUIREMENTS

D3/S1 majoring in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.

Good communication skill in English both Oral and Written (+Japanese language is good point).

Good knowledge and understanding of Measuring & Dimension Drawing, PLC, Electrical Shooting, AutoCAD and SOLID WORK.

Have Experience in Mechanical design or Improvement or Mechanical maintenance or Machine assembly or Processing (CNC programing, Manual machining operation, Press machine, Measurement dimension).

Experience work in Japan and or Stamping Company is point plus.

Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Well-Organized, able to cooperate effectively and Good Communication Skill.

Willing to be placed and lived in Cikarang Kab. Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
