• Lead, plan, and control all engineering and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of production machines and utility systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime, ensure equipment reliability, and extend machine lifespan.
• Identify opportunities for equipment improvement, process optimization, and cost reduction to enhance operational efficiency.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams in executing scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
• Oversee electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring all operations comply with safety standards and preventive action plans.
• Analyze maintenance performance data, identify root causes of failures, and recommend effective corrective actions.
• Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance documentation, and technical reports for accurate record‑keeping and planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through innovation, technology updates, and team competency development.
