Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering (S1).
• Minimum GPA 3.00.
• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in structured learning through predefined academic and technical curricula.
• Operate and maintain industrial machinery and production systems as per safety and quality standards.
• Conduct process observations and analyses to identify and implement improvements.
• Develop leadership, teamwork, and cross-departmental communication skills.
• Document and present project findings to senior management to showcase efficiency and quality improvements.
