Key responsibilities
  • Complete the preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment.
  • Run and repair the machine units.
  • Fill out the machine inspection check sheet and history card for each machine that is being repaired.
  • Complete the Work Order according to the target until the final check.
  • Comply with safety and GMP rules and regulations in the work area.
  • Prepare spare parts for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities.
What you will bring to the team
  • Candidate must possess at least D3 in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics).
  • Must have experience with technical drawings such as Solidworks and AutoCAD.
  • At least 2 years of working experience handling maintenance (in pharmacy or plastic industry is advantage).
  • Having good knowledge about moulding, gearbox, motor, pump, pneumatic, and basic electrical.
  • Knowledge about preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of moulding machine, conveyor system, and supporting production machine.
