Job Description

• Lead the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
• Drive the Reliability Pillar by establishing preventive maintenance programs and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies.
• Analyze machine data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in reliability and downtime reduction.
• Oversee the troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical breakdowns across the plant.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering and maintenance management, ideally in heavy industry or manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience with TPM, RCM, and other reliability improvement programs.
• Strong technical knowledge of equipment such as transformers, dedusting systems, belt conveyors, and mixing systems.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, including experience with root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
