Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience with commissioning and start-up activities is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety protocols during plant commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute commissioning and start-up activities.
• Train customer operating crew and document procedures.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure equipment safety during commissioning.
• Perform FAT/SAT and start-up tasks to meet project schedules.
• Conduct remote fine tuning and performance tests as required.

The scope and responsibilities for Commissioning and Start-up for projects include the following tasks:

• Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
• Operation and maintenance manual
• Training
• Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
• Start-up
• Takeover
• Remote fine tuning, if needed Performance test
