A leading global energy provider in Subang, Indonesia seeks a Controls Program Manager to drive engineering initiatives and manage cross-functional programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 5 years of experience in Controls Engineering, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. The Controls Program Manager drives initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Engineering function and interfaces with other disciplines to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination. This role is responsible for establishing operating rhythms with the disciplines performing investigations and piece-part or system enhancements, preparing and delivering internal and external customer communications, generating and managing project budget and schedules, and fostering team member growth in coordination with people leaders. The role is subject to operating policy objectives. There is moderate to high autonomy within the role. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
