Job summary

PT Daya Medika Pratama is seeking a Training Manager to design, deliver, and maintain training programs for our Hospital Information System and EMR solutions. You will develop comprehensive curricula, conduct client and internal training sessions, and ensure high-quality documentation and resources.

You will coordinate scheduling, QA, and continuous improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to stay aligned with the latest healthcare IT standards and product updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, health informatics, or equivalent.
• Strong experience in training management or similar role with documentation/scheduling focus.
• Knowledge of healthcare IT standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, organize, and deliver training programs for the Hospital Information System and EMR solutions.
• Conduct engaging training sessions for clients and internal staff.
• Create, maintain, and enhance product documentation and user guides.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions with healthcare professionals.
• Ensure training content and documentation reflect latest features and standards.
• Collect feedback and continuously improve training programs and docs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay updated on system developments.
