We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with expertise in Klaviyo flow setup, design, and strategy to join our fast-paced, creative team in Bali. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of email marketing campaigns from concept and design to technical setup, optimization, and reporting.

This role is ideal for someone who’s both creative and analytical, with a passion for crafting high-performing, data-driven email experiences that drive engagement and sales.

Responsibilities
Email Strategy & Campaign Management
  • Plan, build, and optimize Klaviyo email flows, including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and loyalty automations.
  • Develop email marketing strategies that align with client goals and broader digital campaigns.
  • Segment audiences based on behavior, engagement, and purchase activity for targeted messaging.
  • Create and schedule campaign emails that drive conversions and customer retention.
  • Conduct A/B testing on design, content, and send times to continually improve performance.
Design & Creative Execution
  • Design and build visually appealing, mobile-responsive email templates consistent with brand identity.
  • Collaborate with designers or write your own subject lines, CTAs, and email copy to maximize engagement.
  • Ensure all emails are quality checked for accuracy, grammar, and rendering before launch.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all email touchpoints.
Technical Setup & Optimization
  • Manage end-to-end setup of Klaviyo flows, including triggers, integrations, and testing.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and event configuration with Shopify and GA4.
  • Monitor email deliverability and sender reputation; troubleshoot technical issues quickly.
  • Continuously refine flow logic and cadence using data insights.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Generate weekly and monthly Klaviyo performance reports.
  • Analyse key metrics (open rates, CTR, CVR, and attributed revenue) to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Present actionable insights and optimization recommendations to internal teams or clients.
  • Maintain documentation and version control of all flows and campaigns.
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Partner with Account Managers to align strategy and communicate results.
  • Work closely with Senior Digital Marketers to integrate email activity with paid and organic channels.
  • Proactively share ideas and feedback to improve processes and performance.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in email marketing and Klaviyo (agency or eCommerce preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Klaviyo segmentation, flows, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in email design tools (Figma, Canva, or Adobe)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Google Sheets, Docs, and Slack.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, curious, and passionate about continuous learning.
Bonus (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with Shopify, GA4, or paid media retargeting integration.
  • Familiarity with copywriting and conversion-focused design.
  • Experience in creative or marketing agencies.
  • Ability to create landing pages or popups for email capture.
