Role Description

The School Principal is a full-time, on-site leadership role based at the Yayasan Kanaan school in Banjarmasin. The Principal oversees daily school operations, including academic programs, student services, and staff management, while ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities include leading curriculum implementation, supporting teachers through coaching and performance feedback, and monitoring student progress. The Principal collaborates with the foundation’s leadership on school improvement initiatives, manages communication with families and community partners, and ensures compliance with educational standards and organizational policies. This role requires active participation in school events and ongoing engagement with the school community.

Qualifications

• Strong Educational Leadership skills, including experience guiding school teams and managing academic programs, as well as proven experience in a school leadership role.
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development with the ability to plan, implement, and evaluate learning programs aligned with school goals.
• Demonstrated commitment to student well-being, inclusive practices, and professional ethics.
