Job summary

Austin Engineering Indonesia sedang mencari teknisi listrik untuk melaksanakan pemeliharaan listrik, PM, troubleshooting, inspeksi, perbaikan, dan peningkatan fasilitas serta peralatan berat untuk menjaga operasi yang aman dan andal.

Anda akan membaca diagram listrik, bekerja sesuai SOP dan K3, berkoordinasi dengan tim Maintenance, Engineering, Production, dan SHE, serta memiliki SIO K3 Electrical yang berlaku dan pengalaman pada peralatan berat.

Qualifications

• Wajib memiliki SIO K3 Electrical yang masih berlaku.
• Minimal SMK/D3 Electrical Engineering atau bidang terkait.
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Electrical Technician / Electrical Maintenance Technician.
• Diutamakan pengalaman di Heavy Equipment, Facility Maintenance, EPC, Steel Manufacturing, atau Heavy Manufacturing.
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam Preventive Maintenance dan Electrical Troubleshooting.
• Memahami dasar PLC dan electrical control system.
• Pengalaman dengan OHC Demag dan FCAW Lincoln welding machine menjadi nilai tambah.
• Mampu membaca electrical drawing dan wiring diagram.
• Mengerti K3 Electrical dan LOTO.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan PM, inspeksi, perbaikan, dan troubleshooting pada electrical equipment, machinery, dan facility.
• Mengelola troubleshooting pada motor, panel listrik, sensor, relay, contactor, inverter/VFD, PLC, HMI, dan control system.
• Melakukan maintenance pada Overhead Crane Demag dan FCAW Lincoln welding machine.
• Membaca gambar listrik, wiring diagram, dan rangkaian kontrol, serta melakukan pengujian kelistrikan.
• Melakukan instalasi, wiring, replacement, dan modifikasi pada peralatan listrik sesuai kebutuhan.
• Mencatat hasil maintenance dan breakdown serta membantu root cause analysis.
• Memastikan pekerjaan sesuai SOP, K3 Electrical, LOTO, dan safety, serta berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Electrical Technician bertanggung jawab untuk melaksanakan kegiatan electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, repair, dan improvement pada fasilitas, machinery, dan heavy equipment untuk memastikan seluruh peralatan beroperasi secara aman, andal, dan optimal serta meminimakan equipment downtime.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

• Melakukan Preventive Maintenance (PM), inspection, repair, dan troubleshooting pada electrical equipment, machinery, dan facility.
• Melakukan troubleshooting pada motor, electrical panel, sensor, relay, contactor, inverter/VFD, PLC, HMI, dan control system.
• Melakukan maintenance dan troubleshooting pada Overhead Crane (OHC) Demag dan FCAW Lincoln welding machine.
• Membaca dan memahami electrical drawing, wiring diagram, dan control circuit, serta melakukan electrical testing menggunakan alat ukur yang sesuai.
• Melakukan installation, wiring, replacement, dan modification pada electrical equipment sesuai kebutuhan.
• Mencatat hasil maintenance dan breakdown serta membantu melakukan root cause analysis untuk mencegah kerusakan berulang.
• Memastikan seluruh pekerjaan dilakukan sesuai SOP, K3 Electrical, LOTO, dan safety requirements, serta berkoordinasi dengan tim Maintenance, Engineering, Production, dan SHE.
