Responsibility

• Oversee and manage the electrical team’s construction, installation and testing activities.
• Ensure all electrical work meets quality and safety standards.
• Plan, schedule and oversee construction activities, pre‑commissioning, commissioning and close‑out of the electrical punch list.
• Coordinate with the QC team or engineering to provide quality inspection and checklists.
• Plan and schedule troubleshooting activities during pre‑commissioning and commissioning with the engineering team.
• Provide training and guidance to the electrical team.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly reports on the status of electrical projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, other departments and third‑party stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant HSE policies, procedures, controls, applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines, following international standards and the company’s Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects as an electrical supervisor with deep understanding of electrical systems and complex installations.
• Experience in project management, including planning, coordinating, reporting and overseeing electrical projects.
• Proven technical knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, maintenance and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with inspection activities for quality control, site acceptance testing, testing and commissioning.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Contract Information

Willing to work on a 1‑year contract basis; position will be based at the project site office.
