Job summary

A leading electrical solutions company in Indonesia is looking for an Electrical Panel Sales Manager. In this role, you will develop relationships with clients in electrical panels, provide tailored solutions, and execute sales strategies to meet targets. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required, with a preference for additional language skills. This position is based in West Java.

Position: Electrical Panel Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Client Development: Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the electrical panels field including equipment manufacturers, system integrators, and EPC contractors.
• Client Engagement: Understand customer needs and provide solutions (panel and components); increase order volume and repeat purchases.
• Sales Execution: Meet sales targets; follow up on payments.
• Market Insights: Track industry trends; analyze competitor product features, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns; develop response strategies.
• Customer Support: Respond to inquiries and complaints; deliver excellent pre-sales, in-sales, and post-sales support to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements

• Good conduct; over 3 years of experience in electrical panels related fields; experience with Schneider, ABB, etc. Preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written); Chinese language skills preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Power-related majors; proficient in MS Office.
• Established customer resources and successful sales cases; extensive network in electrical equipment and power engineering industries preferred.
