Job summary

ANDRITZ Indonesia seeks a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to deliver design, analysis, and execution of power systems for hydropower and EPC projects. You will create and review electrical equipment specs, schematics, and layouts, ensuring compliance with safety standards and client requirements.

Responsibilities include tender preparation, field surveys, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of EPC project and hydropower plant experience, including HV (150–500kV).
• Experience with high-voltage design and power generation systems.
• Familiarity with AS/NZS, IEEE, IEC, SPLN, PUIL standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, ETAP, EPLAN, BIM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain and improve electrical equipment and systems.
• Prepare tender and construction packages with drawings and specs.
• Conduct field surveys and write technical reports.
• Analyze power systems studies and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and client requirements.
