Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Electrical Commissioning Lead to support a large-scale critical facilities project in Cikarang.

You will lead electrical commissioning activities, ensuring systems are tested, validated, and handed over safely and efficiently. The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of HV/LV systems, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders, with preference for data centre experience and willingness to be based in Cikarang.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience leading commissioning on large-scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of HV/LV systems, power distribution, UPS, generators, critical infrastructure.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and leadership skills.
• Data centre or mission-critical facility experience preferred.
• Willingness to be based in Cikarang, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical commissioning across project phases.
• Review commissioning plans, procedures and test documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee testing and start-up of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
• Manage issue resolution and commissioning punch lists.
• Support system handover and project close‑out activities.
