We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced HES Coordinator for the Rig Oil and Energy Industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring Health, Environment, and Safety (HES) compliance within our operations.

Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 years of hands‑on HES experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
  2. Hold certifications for Ahli K3 MIGAS Level Pengawas.
  3. Possess a valid Driver's License (SIM A).
  4. Proficient in English, certification in TOEFL is a significant plus.
  5. Understanding of reporting systems in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SO).
  6. Knowledge and understanding of procedures and work regulations, both from the company and the employer.
  7. Familiarity with computer systems, including Sunfish and other relevant software.
  8. Knowledge and understanding of inspections conducted by external entities.
Responsibilities
  1. Develop, implement, and monitor HES policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to provide HES training and awareness programs.
  4. Manage and maintain records of HES incidents, investigations, and corrective actions.
  5. Liaise with external agencies for inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Act as a liaison between management and employees to address HES concerns and promote a culture of safety.
  7. Keep abreast of industry developments, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve the company's HES performance.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans.
  9. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of HES metrics.
