Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to transport eggs from farms to customers across the PNGKLN LADA region. You will ensure product integrity, timely distribution, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

The role requires a valid HC license in Indonesia, experience in transporting fragile goods, and the ability to handle heavy loads. Strong communication and reliability are essential to meet daily delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• HC (Heavy Commercial) driver’s license valid in Indonesia
• Experience as a commercial driver, preferably with fragile goods
• Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations
• Ability to lift and move heavy loads safely and repeatedly
• Good physical stamina for long hours and varied weather
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Knowledge of the PNGKLN LADA region is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate a egg delivery van safely and in compliance with traffic laws and company policies
• Load and unload egg products carefully to prevent damage and maintain quality
• Verify accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures
• Inspect vehicle pre-trip and post-trip, report maintenance issues or damage promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of the delivery vehicle
• Adhere to strict hygiene and biosecurity protocols when handling and transporting eggs
• Communicate delivery schedules and issues with farm staff, customers, and dispatch
• Complete delivery logs and paperwork accurately and legibly
• Manage delivery routes efficiently to meet deadlines
