Job Description

Sales Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with industry partners, laboratories, and other stakeholders to enhance the platform's service offerings.
Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, events, and PR activities to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
Product Development: Provide insights and feedback to the product team to continuously improve the platform's user experience and functionality.
Budget Management: Manage the commercial budget effectively to optimize resource allocation and ensure ROI.
Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the commercial team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to the management team.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related fields.
Experience in the testing, inspection, certification, or calibration technology or industrial sector.
Proven track record of success in commercial leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
Technical understanding of certification, calibration, and testing services is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
