Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and drive market expansion.
  • Sales Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with industry partners, laboratories, and other stakeholders to enhance the platform's service offerings.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, events, and PR activities to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Product Development: Provide insights and feedback to the product team to continuously improve the platform's user experience and functionality.
  • Budget Management: Manage the commercial budget effectively to optimize resource allocation and ensure ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the commercial team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to the management team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related fields.
  • Experience in the testing, inspection, certification, or calibration technology or industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of success in commercial leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Technical understanding of certification, calibration, and testing services is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
