Job summary

UNICEF Jakarta is seeking an Education Officer to provide professional and operational support to the education program. You will research, analyze, and present data to inform program development and formulation, and contribute to designing and implementing gender-responsive adolescent skills development initiatives focused on 21st-century, digital, entrepreneurial, and green skills.

Qualifications

• First-level university degree in Education, International Development, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Two years of professional experience in programme planning, management, and implementation.
• Experience with adolescent skills development, STEM education, or out-of-school children is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze regional and national trends to inform program design.
• Collect and synthesize information for program design and prepare technical reports.
• Provide technical and administrative support throughout the programming cycle.
• Participate in monitoring and evaluation exercises and prepare donor reports.
• Collaborate with partners to address implementation issues and elevate concerns.
