Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in English Education, and be fluent in English. Responsibilities include fostering parent trust, overseeing communication within class groups, and monitoring student progress. Foster trust with parents throughout the trial class period by keeping them informed through WhatsApp or phone updates, enhancing their satisfaction and motivating them to enroll their children in regular courses.
Oversee the class WhatsApp group and plan activities aimed at boosting student interaction and increasing their engagement.
Identify student needs and assist in achieving enrollment goals, collaborating with the operations team to manage formal course renewals, subject expansions, and other promotional activities.
Prepare and share pre-class materials, evaluate assignments, and offer post-class support and tutoring as needed
Monitor student performance and track learning data, generating regular learning reports to help improve teaching quality.
Collaborate with Teaching, Research, and Operations Teams. Provide suggestions for improving teaching content and methods. Ensure a positive learning environment and maintain teaching equipment.
Base salary + performance bonus + year-end bonus.
