Job summary

Golden Agri Resources is seeking an AI Engineer specialized in Vision Transformers, Foundational Models, and Data Science to research, develop, and implement innovative machine learning solutions in computer vision and generative AI. You will advance our capabilities across many computer vision tasks and real-time applications on mobile and edge devices.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS and 3–5 years of AI engineering experience, plus fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Specialized in vision transformers, self-supervised learning, and AI techniques for computer vision challenges.
• Experience with object detection, segmentation, and enhancement of satellite imagery resolutions for agricultural insights.
• Familiar with deploying AI models on edge devices and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform research and innovation in developing vision transformer models and other advanced AI techniques for computer vision challenges.
• Design algorithms for object detection, classification, segmentation, and enhancing satellite imagery resolution for agricultural insights.
• Analyze large-scale datasets with data augmentation and visualization to improve model performance and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and create scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Experiment with novel computer vision techniques, including vision transformer models, self-supervised learning, and model distillation to identify best solutions for specific use cases.
• Optimize and deploy inference models on edge platforms like smartphones and Raspberry Pi using TensorFlow Lite, OpenVINO, and TensorRT.
• Build and train models using advanced computer vision frameworks for industrial applications.
• Develop AI-driven control systems and integrate models with hardware for automation in agricultural processes.
• Implement knowledge management solutions using LLMs for document search and retrieval, ensuring data privacy.
• Ensure QA and documentation of research findings, algorithms, and model architectures.
