Our business has expanded across Indonesia, China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, bringing high-quality beauty innovations to the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain official stores across Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage product listings ensuring accuracy, attractiveness, and SEO optimization to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Maintain real-time stock, pricing, and promotional details to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate promotional campaigns (flash sales, mega campaigns such as 9.9 / 11.11, and brand days).
  • Track and analyze daily sales, traffic, conversion rates, CTR, and GMV to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across marketplaces to drive traffic and improve ROI.
  • Support the development and execution of strategies to increase GMV, market share, and customer retention.
  • Conduct competitor and pricing analysis to identify market trends and recommend actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of brand, pricing, and promotional strategy.
  • Prepare performance reports and dashboards for management review and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 year of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management (experience handling multiple platforms preferred).
  • Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or beauty industry is a strong advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop ecosystems, including their seller tools and promotional systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiar with tools like Seller Center, Business Center, or third-party analytics dashboards.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks with accuracy and speed.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
