PT Good Sale Tech was established in 2019 and focuses on the Beauty and Health Industry. We have developed over 10 beauty brands, including Makeup, Skincare, Body Care, and Fragrance. Our business has expanded across Indonesia, China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, bringing high-quality beauty innovations to the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain official stores across Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage product listings ensuring accuracy, attractiveness, and SEO optimization to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Maintain real-time stock, pricing, and promotional details to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate promotional campaigns (flash sales, mega campaigns such as 9.9 / 11.11, and brand days).
- Track and analyze daily sales, traffic, conversion rates, CTR, and GMV to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across marketplaces to drive traffic and improve ROI.
- Support the development and execution of strategies to increase GMV, market share, and customer retention.
- Conduct competitor and pricing analysis to identify market trends and recommend actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of brand, pricing, and promotional strategy.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards for management review and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 year of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management (experience handling multiple platforms preferred).
- Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or beauty industry is a strong advantage.
- In-depth understanding of Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop ecosystems, including their seller tools and promotional systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiar with tools like Seller Center, Business Center, or third-party analytics dashboards.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks with accuracy and speed.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
