As an Head Of E-Commerce, you will:

  • Develop and execute the overall e‑commerce strategy across platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Blibli, Tokopedia).
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all marketplace stores to ensure optimal performance and sales growth.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms.
  • Analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Lead the e-commerce team, including e-commerce specialist, ads specialist, affiliate, and admin.
  • Manage relationships with platform account managers to maximize visibility and exposure (e.g., campaign opportunities, platform programs).

Requirements:

  • 4‑5 years of experience in E‑commerce management, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Blibli, and Tokopedia ecosystem, tools, and promotional mechanics.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing online sales across multiple platforms.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Data‑driven, highly organized, and detail‑oriented.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and lead cross‑functional teams.
