As an Head Of E-Commerce, you will:
- Develop and execute the overall e‑commerce strategy across platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Blibli, Tokopedia).
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all marketplace stores to ensure optimal performance and sales growth.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Lead the e-commerce team, including e-commerce specialist, ads specialist, affiliate, and admin.
- Manage relationships with platform account managers to maximize visibility and exposure (e.g., campaign opportunities, platform programs).
Requirements:
- 4‑5 years of experience in E‑commerce management, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Blibli, and Tokopedia ecosystem, tools, and promotional mechanics.
- Proven track record of managing and growing online sales across multiple platforms.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
- Data‑driven, highly organized, and detail‑oriented.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and lead cross‑functional teams.
