Job description

Overview

Perform all earthwork activities for maintenance and new works in all areas in a safe and timely manner, conforming to quality standards that optimise availability.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend pre-shift handover meeting and note priorities based on the MSR list. Work is correctly prioritized.
• Proactively contribute feedback and questions during handover shift meetings. Feedback and questions are provided.
• Conduct daily walk patrols to maintain housekeeping and identify safety issues. Housekeeping and safety issues are well maintained.
• Arrange manpower and determine appropriate equipment for the work purpose. Proper equipment is arranged.
• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities (identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including the SHE Management System to ensure effectiveness of the programs. Ensure execution of the SHE responsibilities meets the intended outcomes - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements.

• Understand HSE principles in all aspects of Base Operation
• Possess broad knowledge in Earthwork systems.

• Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
