Job description

Our client is a 5* very high-end luxury boutique resort with +/- 30 rooms in Indonesia. This superb resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location. This role will be reporting directly to General Manager. Please note that this position is available for Expats only.

Profile
  • Experience in 5* luxury boutique resort
  • Experience in the same or similar position
  • Coming from F&B Service background
  • Dynamic individual with strong luxury foundation
  • Island or remote location experience
  • Asia experience is a big plus
  • Positive thinking with a “can‑do” attitude
  • Strong knowledge of high service standards
  • Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
  • Actively involved in ensuring excellent guest experience and innovate in revenue generating efforts
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player, team builder
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Strong leadership skills – able to set the direction, motivate and lead the team
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Solid decision making and problem solving skills, even when under pressure
  • Able to set example of positive values of integrity, maturity, accountability, reliability
  • Guest focused and engaging, passionate about service and personalized guest experience
  • Well presented, sociable, outgoing pleasant personality
