- Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords.
- Handle landlord inquiries, complaints, and negotiations effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate lease renewals, terminations, and amendments.
- Assist in reviewing and negotiating lease agreements.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in resolving landlord-related issues, such as maintenance and disputes.
- Monitor rental payments and liaise with finance teams on landlord payments.
- Prepare reports on lease performance, rental trends, and landlord feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site development, site acquisition, or landlord relations.
- Strong negotiation, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel.
