Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced SHE Supervisor/Engineer to support E2E SHE management, ensure compliance with local and international standards, and lead PPS/MSA activities at our Depok operations. This role requires a strong background in occupational health, ISO 14001/45001, SMK3/PROPER, and proven leadership in a pharmaceutical or FMCG setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an SHE Supervisor/Engineer in pharma, FMCG, or related industries.
• Experience in Project Management, SMK3, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and PROPER implementation.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support E2E SHE management and compliance with Bayer requirements, local regulations (SMK3L & PROPER), ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Maintain required SHE permits and licenses for people, equipment, machinery, and site operations.
• Prepare and communicate SHE performance reports to employees, Bayer stakeholders, and authorities.
• Lead Process Plant Safety (PPS) and Machinery Safety Assessment (MSA) activities, including action closure and certification.
• Implement SHE risk controls through OHSERA, HRA, JSA, and Hazardous Work Permits.
• Provide daily SHE oversight for operations, contractors, and third-party vendors.
• Manage air emissions, wastewater, and hazardous waste in compliance with PROPER and ISO 14001.
• Coordinate occupational health and industrial hygiene programs, including monitoring and CAPA closure.
• Manage SHE requirements for supplier and contractor qualification, performance, and contracting.
• Build SHE capability through continuous learning and development.
• Drive SHE improvement and sustainability initiatives.
